The Security Federal Discover Debit Card

Our instant-issue Security Federal Discover Debit card works like a check but acts like a credit card. Use it to make purchases at your favorite store, when shopping online, or to withdraw cash from the ATM. Save time shopping when you add your card to your Digital Wallet, which allows you to leave your card at home and use your smartphone to check out instead!

The money for every purchase you make comes directly from your checking account, so be sure to know your available balance before you use it.

Most Security Federal branches have an ATM available in the drive-thru or parking lot. Our Kokomo Boulevard Branch does not have an ATM on site, but you can drive around the back of the building to Panera Bread to use our ATM located next to their parking lot.

My card was lost or stolen. How do I deactivate it?

If your card is lost or stolen, you can shut it off instantly. Click here for details.

How do I get a replacement card?

If you need a replacement card, stop by or give us a call. A replacement costs just $5 and can be printed instantly at a branch location.

I tried to use my Discover at a store or merchant who did not accept Discover. How do I report this?

If you've encountered a merchant who doesn't accept Discover, we want to make it right. We are sorry for any inconvenience and want you to know that we have a dedicated group of representatives working to ensure all local merchant are accepting Discover debit cards. You can notify our customer service team of your experience (we call this a "Discover Referral") in which we we'll gather information from you about the attempted purchase, or you can click the link below and enter the referral.

Do I have limits on the amount I can withdraw or purchase using my card?

Daily limits are placed on your debit card for your protection and may be increased by calling any of our branch locations.

I will be traveling internationally. Can I use my card internationally?

Discover is widely accepted, but some stores do not accept Discover. Be sure to bring a back up payment method.
Please call us at any branch before you travel to get international access for your card.
