Lost or Stolen Card

Report your card lost or stolen

Lost your Debit or ATM Card? No problem! You have the choice to temporarily block your card or to deactivate it entirely when you report it lost or stolen.

You may choose one of the four options below to disable your card:

  1. Disable your card instantly using Digital Banking - If you are enrolled in Digital Banking, disable your card instantly by logging in online or in the mobile app
  2. Call the Lost and Stolen Card Center
  3. Call telephone banking (formerly Security Express)
  4. Call or email the bank (during business hours)

Blocking will cause any point of sale transactions to be denied, but recurring payments may continue. Any credits to the card will still be allowed. You can unblock your card after blocking it. This is a good option if you're confident you will find your card, or if you just want to temporarily block spending on that card.

Reporting your card lost/stolen will deactivate your card, and any one-time or recurring transactions will be blocked. This cannot be undone, and you will need a new debit card once you report it lost/stolen. This option is best if you're sure you won't find your card or you know it has somehow been used by a scammer.
