As hard as it is to talk about, everyone passes away, and though it can be uncomfortable, everyone needs to do some basic planning.

A Will is a special set of instructions explaining who will care for your children and what is to be done with a person’s belongings after they pass.

A Will also designates who is to handle this process.  The position named is often called being the executor or personal representative.

Though some people do have a Will in place, many people haven’t updated them to address life changes.  So, they are not as effective as they should be.

Security Federal will not draft a Will but can talk through items with you for consideration when working with your attorney.
