HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR NEW VISA DEBIT CARD

We’re excited to announce that we are transitioning to VISA as our new debit card provider! To activate your new Visa® Debit card: 1) Login to our Mobile App., scroll down on your dashboard to Card Management, click on the card you want to activate. 2) Call 1-800-889-2265, select option 8, then option 1. 3) At an SFSB ATM with the PIN you receive in the mail shortly after your card arrives. Excludes Kokomo ATM's 4) Call our customer service team at 574-722-6261 and a team member can assist you. 5) Stop in one of our branches and a team member can assist you. 

Reminder: Your existing Discover Debit card will stop working on October 7th, 2024.

 

Notice of Change in Evening Lobby Hours

Effective September 5th, 2024, our lobbies will close at 5:00 PM on Thursdays for our Kokomo Boulevard branch (previously open until 6pm), and Fridays at all other branches (previously open until 6pm). Each market will have at least one branch with drive-thru lanes remaining open on Fridays until 6:00 PM to continue serving customer needs.

Send money to friends and family, transfer funds between bank accounts, or pay a bill using Payments with Security Federal.

Payments are sent one of two ways—electronically or by paper checks. Your payment information, such as your account number, is sent via secure transmission. All other payments are made by paper checks that are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service.

You determine who you want to pay, when you want to make the payment and which account you want the payment to come from. It's safe, secure and easy to use.

Payment Options:

  • Person to Person: Using your SecFed Checking Account, send money electronically or with a physical check to anyone you choose, such as a friend, landlord, babysitter or relative
  • Bank to Bank Transfers:  Using your SecFed Checking or Savings Account, securely and easily transfer funds electronically from one of your deposit accounts to another
  • Bill Pay:  Using your SecFed Checking Account, receive and pay electronic summary versions of paper bills directly from the Payment menu in your online account

Enroll in Payments

If you haven't yet enrolled to send payments, log in to your online banking account from a computer or laptop and click the "Payments" link in the menu. Click "enroll" and verify enrollment.
