HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR NEW VISA DEBIT CARD

We’re excited to announce that we are transitioning to VISA as our new debit card provider! To activate your new Visa® Debit card: 1) Login to our Mobile App., scroll down on your dashboard to Card Management, click on the card you want to activate. 2) Call 1-800-889-2265, select option 8, then option 1. 3) At an SFSB ATM with the PIN you receive in the mail shortly after your card arrives. Excludes Kokomo ATM's 4) Call our customer service team at 574-722-6261 and a team member can assist you. 5) Stop in one of our branches and a team member can assist you. 

Reminder: Your existing Discover Debit card will stop working on October 7th, 2024.

Skip the trip to the bank and deposit your checks from anywhere! Mobile Check Deposit (formerly Remote Deposit Anywhere or "RDA") is a way to deposit checks using the SecFed Mobile App. Conveniently deposit checks into an eligible checking or savings account anytime from anywhere you have cell or internet service.

Why should I use this service?

Save the time you would have spent travelling to the bank & waiting in line when you use our easy, accurate, and highly secure Mobile Check Deposit service. 

How does it work?

Show Me How With a Video

From your Apple iPhone, iPod, iPad or your Android phone or tablet:

  1. Download the SFSB App if you don't have it installed on your device
  2. Log into your SFSB Mobile Banking and click on Deposit Checks found in the menu list
  3. Select "Deposit a Check"
  4. Type in the check amount and tap "continue"
  5. Tap the account where you want your funds sent
  6. Endorse the back of the check legibly with “For Mobile Deposit Only”
  7. Take a picture of the front and back of your check
  8. Click on "Deposit Check" button to submit

You will receive an email message once your image is received.
All transactions that are submitted prior to 5:00 pm EST will be posted during night processing.
