Lobbies Closed as a precaution - COVID19 Message

At Security Federal, we take the safety of our staff and customers very seriously. 

Effective Monday, March 23, our six branch lobbies will be closed. Drive-thru lanes and ATMs are open.

We are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and we are taking  internal precautions to keep our staff healthy & our customers protected.

We are pleased to share that the issue subscribers encountered when trying to log in to their bill pay accounts using Safari browser version 13.0.4 has been resolved. 

Scam of the Week: Coronavirus Phishing Attacks

The global threat of the coronavirus has everyone’s attention, and the cybercriminals are already taking advantage of it. The bad guys are using the coronavirus as clickbait so they can spread malware and steal your personal information.

Bill Pay inaccessible 12/18/2019

It has come to our attention that Bill pay may be inaccessible to users. This appears to be affecting all browsers on any computer but appears to be working within the App for mobile devices. Please download and use our mobile app if you need to access Bill pay at this time. Our vendor is currently working to correct the problem. We will update you on this situation as new information becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Subscribers unable to access bill pay 12/17/2019

It has come to our attention that subscribers using Safari version 13.0.4 are unable to access Bill Pay products via Single Sign-on. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari versions before 13.0.4 are not affected. Windows computers and Android devices also are not affected.

We are asking subscribers experiencing the problem to access their accounts using Chrome, Firefox or versions of Safari not updated to version 13.0.4. We will notify you when the issue is resolved, or we have more information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
